If you have details beyond that, like dimensions, operating weight, running condition, or an attachment list, we’ll take those too. Any details you can give us will help us ensure we can offer you the best hauling plan possible.

Send the make, model, operating weight, overall dimensions, tire or track width, running condition, attachments, pickup and delivery locations, and preferred dates. Current photos help us confirm the trailer and deck space required.
First and foremost, your skid steer is always going to be on the right trailer for your setup. We’re never going to try to shove you on a trailer that just isn’t the right fit. A lot of this comes down to size, but other details like attachments and site access can impact the trailer decision.
Ideally, we’d start our conversation as soon as you have dates in place. Any extra notice you can give us will help with permitting, jobsite conditions, and route specifics. If you have a last-minute haul come up, don’t let that deter you from contacting us, though. We’ll work hard to help you meet whatever deadline you have for your skid steer.
Definitely! We work with dealers and auctions all the time. Both are rightly more secure about whom they release equipment to, so we’ll just need to ensure we coordinate all details, including a buyer release, prior to pickup.
Most of the time, yes. If the skid steer can still roll, steer, and brake, then we shouldn’t have an issue. If, for some reason, the unit cannot roll, we can discuss additional loading and unloading options to still get the job done.
Usually. List each bucket, fork, grapple, auger, breaker, or loose attachment with its size and weight. Large attachments may take extra deck space or necessitate a separate shipment.
If you know that access is clear, surface conditions are solid, and clearance is generally decent, then we don’t really need much. If there are issues pertaining to locks, on-site personnel, space, or other concerns, then we’ll want to deal with those as soon as possible to avoid any hiccups in our haul.
Some machines and attachment setups surpass legal width, height, or weight limits. We review the loaded dimensions and coordinate the permits and route when required.
Check for personal items and loose tools. Secure the doors and panels. Keep an eye out for any leaks. Make sure you have the keys. We can usually take it from there.
Yes, we would never ship anything without insurance. Your skid steer will be fully covered from end to end. We’ll also provide pickup and delivery photos to document your machine’s condition.
